East Coast Home Warranty initially launched two protection plans. These protection plans provide comprehensive coverage to most of the home’s mechanical systems and major appliances. Recently, in addition to our residential products, we’ve begun to evaluate projects in commercial and industrial real estate, on a case by case basis, for the purpose of warrantying.
